Rabbi Sultan has extensive experience in Kashrut with over 30 years experience. To begin he’s ordained and recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, His first position was in Caracas Venezuela . When he was in charge of the local Kashrut organization . From training Mashgiach,, setting up the standards, Shechita process,doing the first time in history Chalav Israel Cheese (5 kinds).
In the early 1990s Rabbi Sultan was Chief Rabbi of Malaga and Costa del Sol . Giving certifications local butchers , bakeries and visiting companies that are under national labels like OU , OK , Chof K and more.
Then went to San Francisco California and formed his own label known as RKS Rabbinical Kashrut Supervision and brought his experience where he led most of the kosher facilities and hotels under his supervision. Like the Westin St Francis hotel , Nikko Hotel, Mariot Hotel , Fairmont Hotel, Ritz Carlton Hotel and more … For the first time the OU held wine tasting at the St Francis Hotel under the RKS for the high standards of Kashrut. We supervised Yom Haatzmaut for Israeli consulate and local restaurants and bakeries.
